is a man of many blueprints. To some, he is the precision-driven owner of The ServePros and Shield Security & Investigations, navigating the complexities of legal service and security. To others, he is the sonic visionary—a rapper, singer, songwriter, and producer currently releasing the soul-stirring project "Lovers & Friends" with Justice Jay. He is even a presence on screen as an actor, mastering the art of storytelling in every medium he touches.
But beneath the businesses and the beats lies a story of a man who had to build his own foundation from the ground up because the ground beneath him was empty.
The Burden of the Self-Made
Growing up, LeVar had the drive of a Giant but lacked the access to a mentor’s map. He navigated the highs and lows of the creative world and the business landscape alone. When the weight of the journey became heavy, the world offered no sanctuary. "In my community, therapy wasn't a conversation, and mentorship wasn't an option," LeVar reflects. "I know what it feels like to be in the dark, trying to engineer a future while fighting the silent battles of depression and stress without a guide."
It was through this fire that Jack Trip was forged—a creator who realized that success is hollow if you aren't "dropping the rope" for the ones coming up behind you.
Building the Den He Never Had
Through the Planting Giants Foundation, LeVar is providing the exact resources he once lacked. He is merging the discipline of his investigative firms with the soul of his music studio to create a new kind of "Safe House."
By providing high-level AI coding, professional-grade music engineering, and—most importantly—accessible mental health mentorship, he is ensuring that no child has to struggle in silence or stall for lack of tools.
"I'm not just giving them technology," LeVar says. "I'm giving them the permission to be vulnerable and the power to be innovative. I’m giving them the 'Strong Roots' I had to grow for myself in the dark."

Why combine AI with mental health? Those seem like very different things.
Technology is moving faster than our ability to process it emotionally. We believe that to be a "Giant" in the tech industry, you need more than just code—you need a strong character and mental clarity. We teach teens to build with AI, but we also teach them the "human skills" like empathy, ethics, and resilience that a computer can't replace.
